TESTIMONIAL

“The Art of Flow course completely transformed my approach to teaching. I was confident teaching privates but felt lost in group settings. In fact, during an audition for group teaching at a NYC studio, I was told I had “no flow” and wasn’t ready.

Just a month later, after completing Art of Flow, I returned to that same studio to sub and soon became a regular instructor. One day, the studio manager took my class and said, “You have a very good flow! I’m surprised!”

What had once been my biggest weakness became my strength. The course helped me design group classes that are smooth, dynamic, and challenging, while also boosting my confidence as a new instructor. I now feel equipped to create meaningful experiences for clients and add value to the studios where I teach.

I would highly recommend this course to any instructor who wants to feel confident leading group classes.”

This is not just another workshop on cueing or programming—this is a deep dive into the psychology of flow, the biomechanics of sequencing, and the artistry of intelligent movement design.

  • No. This training is open to both certified Pilates instructors and current teacher training students who want to deepen their understanding of group reformer class design, cueing techniques, and intelligent sequencing. If you're currently in a teacher training program and curious about structuring and leading flow-based group classes, this course will provide practical tools to support your learning.

  • No — you don’t need your own reformer to join the course. The live sessions focus on sequencing, cueing, and class design, which can be explored and practiced without equipment.

During our interactive teaching labs, you’ll be partnered with another student to practice cueing and flow in real time. Depending on your partner’s setup, you may be teaching on reformer or on mat. This flexibility ensures that everyone can actively participate, regardless of equipment access.

If you do have access to a reformer, you’ll be able to try the sequences directly during and after the course. If not, you’ll still gain the full benefit of the teaching framework, feedback, and applied practice.

  • Yes! Replays will be available on the course shell, and you'll have access for three months after the course. While live participation is encouraged for interactive discussions and breakout rooms, you’ll still be able to watch, learn, and implement at your own pace.

  • Yes! All virtual sessions will be recorded and uploaded within 24 hours so you can review and revisit the material anytime during your three-month access period.

  • No, you do not have to be a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NPCP) to take this course. This workshop is open to all Pilates instructors looking to refine their sequencing, cueing, and flow-based teaching. However, if you are NPCP certified, you can earn 8 NPCP Continuing Education Credits (CECs) upon completion of the course.
