The Autumn Reset is a 4-week on-demand journey designed to mirror the rhythm of autumn — a season of grounding, release, and renewal. Through Pilates, yoga, breathwork, and meditation, you’ll reset your nervous system, soften the mind, and build a ritual of practices you can return to anytime you need a reset.

Program Structure

  • Includes 7 NEW on-demand practices each week, plus a companion workbook with supplementary rituals, seasonal practices, and TCM insights.

    This first week lays the foundation by supporting the lungs — the organ system associated with autumn in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The lungs govern breath, immunity, and vitality, and when balanced, they help us feel more resilient and grounded.

    • Embodied Flow / Pilates: grounding sequences that build core awareness, pelvic alignment, and postural support, with heart-opening and gentle thoracic mobility to support healthy breathing.

    • Restorative: Supta Baddha Konasana and gentle chest openers to release upper-body tension, expand the ribcage, and support lung health for stronger breath and immunity.

    • Breathwork + Meditation: introduction to simple down-regulating practices (like diaphragmatic and box breathing) with a guided mindfulness meditation to regulate the nervous system and anchor presence.

    Workbook sneak peek: Journaling prompts on where you feel most rooted, guidance for creating an autumn altar, and seasonal practices (like ginger tea and breath rituals) to support lung health and immunity.

  • Includes 7 NEW on-demand practices each week, plus a companion workbook with supplementary rituals, seasonal practices, and TCM insights.

    This week focuses on the large intestine — the paired organ system to the lungs in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The large intestine governs our ability to let go — both physically and emotionally. When balanced, it supports clarity, discernment, and the release of what no longer serves.

    • Embodied Flow / Pilates: fluid sequences that mobilize the spine, open the shoulders, and release tension through the ribcage and upper body, encouraging spaciousness and ease.

    • Restorative:soften into Supported Twist and Restorative Child’s Pose to ease the spine, stimulate digestion, and support the body’s natural process of release.

    • Breathwork + Meditation: continued down-regulating breathwork plus an introduction to Active Breathwork — a longer rhythmic practice that trains the body to shift between states and quiet the overactive mind.

    Workbook sneak peek: Reflection prompts on release, a guided decluttering ritual, and seasonal food insights to support the body’s natural processes of elimination and renewal.

    This week is about recalibrating your system — restoring balance, refining movement patterns, and giving your body the chance to repair and recover. By resetting these internal rhythms, you support stronger immunity, better sleep, and more sustainable energy.

    • Embodied Flow / Pilates: continued focus on spinal and shoulder mobilization while adding core strengthening and pelvic stability work to improve alignment, efficiency, and balance in the body.

    • Restorative: Supported Fish Pose and Legs-Up-the-Wall to restore circulation, open the thoracic spine, and balance the nervous system.

    • Breathwork + Meditation: a blend of down-regulating and active breathwork, paired with a Sound Bath Meditation to support deep release and full-system reset.

    Workbook sneak peek: Journaling prompts to identify habits that regulate vs. dysregulate your system, guidance on a screen-free “digital reset” ritual to reduce overstimulation, and seasonal recipes that balance moisture and warmth to counter autumn dryness and fatigue.

    This final week is about integration and renewal — lifting energy, sharpening focus, and grounding the practices into your daily life so they carry you beyond the reset.

    • Restorative: Supported Bridge and Reclined Twist to improve circulation, release residual tension, and integrate the benefits of the reset.

    • Breathwork + Meditation: energizing breath practices paired with guided intention-setting and sound bath meditation to close the journey with clarity and vitality.

    Workbook sneak peek: Intention-setting journaling prompts, a candlelit reflection ritual to mark the close of the journey, and guidance for creating a seasonal vision board to carry autumn’s clarity forward.

Course Details & FAQs

  • The Autumn Reset runs from October 6 – November 2, 2024. Each week, you’ll receive a new set of practices and companion workbook guidance to support you throughout the 4-week journey.

  • All practices are available on-demand through a private platform. You’ll also receive a downloadable workbook with journaling prompts, rituals, and seasonal guidance. Everything is organized by week for easy access.

  • The practices range from short breathwork and meditation sessions (5–15 minutes) to longer movement classes (20–45 minutes). You can follow the suggested schedule or move at your own pace.

  • No. All practices are pre-recorded and on-demand, so you can complete them on your own schedule and revisit them anytime during the program.

  • This program is designed for all levels. Whether you’re new to Pilates, yoga, and breathwork or already have an established practice, the practices are accessible to everyone.

  • The Autumn Reset is more than a collection of workouts. It’s a structured seasonal journey, pairing movement, breathwork, and restorative practices with a day-by-day workbook that guides your reflection, journaling, and seasonal rituals. Lexie Palasciano is a Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor (NPCP) and Lead Educator for Polestar Pilates in NYC, where she mentors aspiring instructors in comprehensive Pilates methodology. With a Master of Fine Arts in Dance Performance, her expertise in somatics and movement science shapes her teaching, blending scientific principles with experiential learning to deepen movement understanding.

As the founder of Embody by Lexie, a wellness space offering in-person private and group training, virtual programs, and international retreats, she integrates her expertise in Pilates, yoga, and breathwork to support embodiment and nervous system regulation. Having taught extensively in London and New York, she brings a global perspective to her work. Lexie specializes in the intersection of embodied language and neuroplasticity, helping clients—from chronic rehabilitation to high-performing athletes—refine movement patterns with precision, adaptability, and a deeper mind-body connection.
